However, being the very 1st service we've had performed on this vehicle (it was purchased new) I couldn't believe that the cost for an oil change and tire rotation was $556. I've owned many vehicles thru the years (other Land Rover's, Mercedes, Cadillacs, etc..)... and I've never experienced the cost for this same service being even 50% of what this cost was. ... The dealership paid attention to even small details like the customer service person calling me after my first visit to see how things went and if I had any further questions. My salesperson always called me back right away and even called me when he was on vacation. I felt comfortable during the buying process.

He left early, knowing I was interested in purchasing and did everything humanly possible to dissuade me from purchasing as he knew he would not receive the commission.
